This 4-star resort provides a concierge service and a tour desk. The hotel was very comfortable and beautifully embellished in boutique style with plenty of individual rooms to sit down and read or chat. The cafe and bar was nice in the morning for a light-weight breakfast and for drinks in the evening. The solely slight downside was no restaurant. However there was a fantastic restaurant within 5 mins stroll and downtown Austin within a mile. The employees had been welcoming and pleasant and helpful.
